Bio:
| Antoinette was born and raised in southern California. In 1998, she and established a weekly meditation group that is still in practice to this day. This group practice ignited a passion in Antoinette to bring experiential meditation to others in the form of workshops, many of which she has coordinated and hosted since 1999. She also completed her formal training in Transcendental Meditation in February of 1999. Since then, her daily meditation practice has included experimentation and discipline with multiple styles and techniques.
Antoinette graduated from Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Greenville, SC in September of 2002. She became nationally certified with the NCBMBT immediately following her graduation and has been in licensed practice in North Carolina since May of 2003. As an expansion of massage modalities she would offer, Antoinette became certified in LaStone Therapy in November of 2003. In February of 2004 she received her Reiki level two attunement and has since been practicing Reiki regularly. Antoinette enjoys the study and practice of the esoteric and healing arts. Her massage, Reiki and meditation practices are deeply integrated with, and guided by, an intuitive and energetic awareness and spiritual connection. She respects and serves those who wish to heal or improve their health and consciousness. |
